Boy Scout Traditional Summer Camp Program
The traditional summer camp program begin the 2nd week in July through the end of July (3 Weeks). provided by all scout camps around the country that includes merit badges, nightly program opportunities, first year camper experience, and other age appropriate activities to keep all age levels of scouts and scouters interested in the scouting movement.

After you have checked availability, download, complete, and submit your application. The application is on the right side of this page. All reservations are made on first-come, first serve basis.

Pre-Camp Leaders' Orientations |
These are important meetings for the adult leaders and senior patrol leaders of troops that will be attending Cole Canoe Base, D-bar-A Scout Ranch, and Lost Lake Scout Reservation. It is also open to any adult who would like to know what will be going on at our Scout camps this summer.

Boy Scout Summer Camp Payments, Discounts, and Cancellations |
Installment Payments:
Units can make 4 monthly installment payments, beginning in February of the upcoming camping session. It is NOT mandatory that your unit follow the 4 monthly installment plan (download the fee schedule on the right side of this page). All Scout payments must be received in either council office by May 25.
When making installment payments, please be sure to complete and submit a payment slip (download from the right side of this page).
Scout & Leader Discounts

Each year, GLC Council camps offer a few discounts for Scouts and leaders if they meet a certain criteria. Please view the fee schedule for available discounts.
Scout & Leader discounts prior to camp. All discounts are verified and applied at camp.
Camperships
|
Camperships will be available to all registered BSA GLC Scouts who plan on attending A GLC camp in 2012.
Unit leadership or parents of Scouts can begin applying for the 2012 camping season, beginning on January 15, 2012. The deadline to apply is April 12.>>Learn More & Apply
Cancellations
|
The deadline to cancel your unit's or Scout Boy Scout Summer Camp reservation is May 25. All requests for cancellations, must be submitted on or prior to May 25. To cancel your reservation, please, please complete the "Reservation Cancellation Notification/Refund Request Form."
NOTE: Even you have not made a payment towards summer camp, you must submit a "Reservation Cancellation Notification/Refund Request Form. Failure to do so will result in your Scout or unit being responsible for the amount that was due.
